How does it work?

Budgetrooms was built specifically for the customer that appreciates the benefits on offer from the independent Hotels, B&B and Guest House market within the Europe.  Our main objectives are in supporting the Hoteliers and our customers in providing a broad range of accommodation partners in an open, honest and accessible environment. We will do our utmost to help our customer find the right accommodation and setting throughout Europe.

When you make your enquiry through Budgetrooms we will either send you direct through to the Hotel booking page or send the requested establishment an email providing the dates requested, the room type requested, rate provided and your contact details.  A copy of the email will also be sent to you.  Our accommodation partners have committed to respond to all requests for accommodation within the first hour of the request (during normal working hours Monday – Sunday) and have guaranteed to respond within the first 24 hours.

We will continue to work with you, our customer, and our accommodation partners in developing the service that we provide.  Look out for exciting changes throughout 2009.
