All accommodation descriptions and content on our website or otherwise issued by us are intended merely to present a general idea of accommodation and services available. If you require any further details, please contact us by e-mail, providing details of the additional information needed.
7. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

7.1 The price of accommodation is identified on the relevant page detailing the accommodation. This price includes all applicable taxes.
7.2 If accommodation or services are unavailable or we need to vary the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, changes in taxes and duties, site errors or errors or omission in the price displayed on our website or in any confirmatory correspondence, we shall notify you by e-mail and allow you an opportunity to cancel your booking request (if we have not already done so ourselves).
8. CONFIRMATION

8.1 You must ensure that you complete our booking form so as to give us any necessary information to enable us to properly confirm your booking request.
8.2 If your chosen accommodation is available the requested establishment will contact you directly, requesting payment to secure the booking. Confirmation will be provided usually within the first hour but always within 24 hours.
8.3 Any requests for alterations or variations to your booking must be notified to us or the establishment as soon as possible, and in any event before your due date of arrival at your chosen accommodation.
8.4 Where you request an alteration or variation to your confirmed booking you will need to contact the establishment directly. Alterations and variations may result in different charges applying to your booking. You will need to agree this with the establishment prior to confirming your booking.
9. LIMITS OF LIABILITY

9.1 This website or any part of it may not be compatible with your browser or computer configuration and we make no warranty that it is. We make no warranty that your access to our website will be uninterrupted, timely or error free and we will not be responsible if we are unable to provide the website for whatever reason.
9.2 We will accept all liability if something we do causes death or personal injury. We will also accept all liability for damage to your property if the cause is our fault.
9.3 Provided you are not obtaining services for business purposes, we are also responsible for loss caused by us not having the legal right to proceed with and confirm your booking.
